Regaining account access

1. Visit the Forgot Password page to retrieve your account information. If you don’t see an email from AppLovin, check your spam folder.
2. If this is the first time you try to log into AppLovin, your account might still be pending approval.
3. When you try to log in you may see a message that says your account has been temporarily locked: “Your account has been temporarily locked. Please attempt to log in later.”
   • You may see this error after you repeatedly fail to log in. Try waiting 20 minutes and then log in again. AppLovin employees cannot remove this lock or reduce the lock period.
4. If you experience difficulty with two-factor authentication, please refer to the support article on configuring two-factor authentication.

If you still experience difficulties, open a support ticket at AppLovin’s Developer Support Portal. Include as many details as possible about the issue you experience.
