Why can’t I add a creative asset to a creative set?

If you can’t add a creative asset (video, HTML, or image) to a creative set, it is likely because the asset is marked as “Rejected” in the Status column of the Media Library.

Axon automatically reviews creatives you upload to the platform for their compliance with creative policies. If an asset violates these policies, it is marked “Rejected”. Rejected assets cannot be added to creative sets, which may prevent the campaign from serving impressions.
