There are a couple of reasons why your campaign may not be generating any installs after being launched:

Incorrect campaign shell setup

When you create a new campaign, select the correct platform and app for the campaign.

Objective. Select the appropriate platform / OS and application that will be tied to the campaign being launched.

Incorrect campaign tracking configuration

Configure your campaign tracking correctly. To help diagnose and resolve tracking-related issues, refer to the Tracking Onboarding Wizard and complete all integration steps.
