To transfer your app to another person you have sold the app to, you have two options:
The person who bought your apps must establish a separate account with AppLovin and integrate their SDK key (from that new account) into the apps you sold.
The apps and revenue appear in their account after they push the apps, with their SDK key included, to the Google Play or App Store.
You can transfer your entire account with AppLovin to that other person.
They must update the payment information to their own information.
They then receive all revenues from all apps/impressions for that account.
